The Cornish Fair's Open Dairy Show is one of the largest in New Hampshire, with classes spanning spring heifer calves through aged cows. Junior and senior champion females compete for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion, and top herds go on to Best Three Females and Exhibitor's Herd. As in the Beef show, the Promotion of Agriculture Award honors exhibitors who share their knowledge with the public.
