Breeds shown: Angus, Chianina, Hereford, Simmental, and all other breeds

Classes run from junior and senior bull calves through champion bull, and from junior heifer calves through aged cows, culminating in champion female, supreme champion female, and reserve supreme champion female. Additional classes include pairs of females, produce of dam, feeder and market steers, and a youth judging class for ages 7–11, 12–14, and 15 and up. The Promotion of Agriculture Award recognizes exhibitors who go above and beyond to educate fairgoers and mentor younger exhibitors.
