Whelen
Entertainment Pavilion
Each
year the Cornish Fair Directors
develop a budget for the
upcoming year. The
budget not only plans
for anticipated operating
expenses but also includes
funds for improvements
to the buildings
and grounds. For
several years, the Directors
have recognized the need
to improve the stage
facility, the site of
much of the entertainment
at the Fair. This
year, with sponsorship
help from Whelen
Engineering of Charlestown, the
Fair has a new stage. During
this summer, dozens
of people in the community
have volunteered hours
of time and expertise
to make the Pavilion
a reality. The
new stage is better
situated to take advantage
of hillside seating
and is larger in width,
depth and height to
be more flexible for
scheduling a wide range
of entertainment. Please

Tom
Dixon Band
With
a unique combination of
smooth country vocals
and a southern rock style
The Tom Dixon Band has
given birth to a new way
of delivering that sweet
country sound, with a heartpumping,
foot-stomping beat that
can only be viewed as a
bit spicy, smooth, southern
country rock.
The HIGH COUNTRY CLOGGERS, based out of Tunbridge and Chelsea, VT. This group has been performing together for four years, however, seasoned members who have been performing for over 26 years bring veteran experience to the group. The group performs precision clogging numbers, memorizing the routines, which are learned from workshops or choreographed by one of our members, and performed to a variety of music. The goal is the preservation of the art and skill of precision clogging, for exercise and just having fun.

in Washington
DC
three times!
Matthew
and
Jason have
also
been
seen on
CBS
Sunday Morning,
Inside Edition,
and
David
Letterman.
The
Puppet People -
The Puppet
People
are
a
professional
touring
puppet
company 
The Jessica Prouty Band won the John Lennon Tour Bus Daddy's Junky Music Rockin' Roland Battle of the Bands and performed in the Peabody store with the Rockin' Roland Band and got to make a music video on the John Lennon Tour Bus. This is the video. The band thanks EVERYONE (including Kevin and Ryan, the engineers on the bus) for helping make this possible. The track from the video, Escape, produced by Brian Maes, came out on the Time to Escape CD in June 2010!
